In addition to our flat rate services, we offer access to hourly support through our
On Demand Support & Preferred Support services.

On Demand Support

Our most flexible option, On Demand Support is great for one-time projects or add-on tasks to completed flat rate projects. There is a 4 hour minimum per support request.

Preferred Support

Our primary support option, Preferred Support is ideal for businesses with on-going support needs. The service includes savings of 50%, a reduced support request minimum, and access to After Hours Support when available. Access to Preferred Support requires a $1,000 retainer.

On Demand Support Billing

You will be provided with a time estimate for each support request. The request will always be a range of time and you will need to authorize up to the high-end of the estimate in order to proceed with your request. If the time estimate is revised, you will be informed in advance and will never be billed for support time you did not authorize. On Demand Support is billed at the end of the support request or on the next occurring Monday, whichever occurs first.

Preferred Support Billing

Access to Preferred Support requires a $1,000 retainer, which must be received prior to the support request activation. Preferred Support rates cannot be retroactively applied. Retainer replenishments require client authorization, and any unused balance can be refunded upon request. If a support request exceeds your retainer balance, you may either refill your retainer or authorize the additional time as On Demand Support which would be subject to On Demand Support rates.

Support Request Turnaround

All support requests are handled in a first-come-first-served basis. We will attempt to complete your task as quickly and correctly as possible, but we do not guarantee a specific turnaround or specific results. Most support requests are addressed in 1-3 business days.
